Critical Care, Med Surg, and Transitional Care nurse leaders, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Nursing to lead our critical care, medical-surgical, and transitional care nursing departments. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader with a strong background in nursing management over critical care, ICU, Med Surg, Transitional Care, and/or Step Down at the manager or director level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for nursing operations across critical care, med-surg, and transitional care units.
- Foster a culture of excellence in patient care, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and support nursing leaders and staff to achieve organizational goals.
Applicants with proven experience in a manager or director-level nursing role, preferably in critical care, med surg and transitional care or step down settings will earn fast interviews.
