An award winning Level 1 Trauma Center located in Maryland is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Women's Services.

The Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Director will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic obstetric service line. The Assistant Director will report to the department Director, and have administrative oversight of the labor and delivery unit. The Assistant Nurse Director will be responsible for service line personnel management, professional development, regulatory compliance, fiscal budget, and overall strategic vision of the service line.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
- Current state RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- 2-3 years of prior Management experience

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
