The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency will provide shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the environment of care. The Emergency Department Nurse Leader will also lead/participate in department process improvement to improve projects outcomes.

This 300 bed hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency with their BSN, professional experience that demonstrates ability to understand the clinical practice environment, and successful completion of unit specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, chemotherapy certification, etc.) Nurse Leaders with 1 year charge nurse experience, 2 years clinical nursing experience, certification in specialty, and member of professional practice organization pertinent to area of practice will earn quick interviews.
