Reporting to the Service Line Manager, the Assistant Nursing Manager Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU will join the Women and Children Services team and lead a team of specialized nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff over the Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU. Responsibilities of the ___ include staff scheduling, payroll, evaluations, acting as the department resources, assisting with new-hire education as needed, promoting a team-oriented patient care approach, and ensuring all policy, procedures, patient safety, and regulatory compliance is maintained.
