A hospital located in downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to be the Operating Room and Perioperative Services Nurse Director.
The perioperative leadership team adhere to evidence-based practice and the Nurse Director of Surgical Services will ensure staff competencies with the assistance of a Perioperative Clinical Educator. Moreover, the RN Director develops, implements and assesses department policies, procedures and work flows. The Operating Room Leadership team is consistently working to improve OR efficiencies metrics such as First Case on Time Starts and OR Suite Turnover Times.
