A highly respected Pennsylvania Hospital has a unique opportunity for an Emergency Department Manager to join its progressive team.

The Nursing Manager will provide management related to the Emergency Department and Emergency Preparedness. The Nursing Manager will ensure all Emergency Room regulations and standards are maintained and will implement policies and procedures to improve overall workflow.
The Nursing Manager is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, ED Nurse Educator, and Registered Nurses many who are CENs. The ED Nurse Manager will have the support of an RN Director of Emergency Services, ED Nurse Supervisors and ED Assistant Nurse Managers.
An experienced RN Manager with hospital leadership experience is the perfect fit for this robust role. Healthcare Leaders in Emergency Rooms, Critical Care Managers, or Triage Unit Managers will earn quick interviews as will those with their MSN and CEN.
Located on the border of Pennsylvania and New York, the Nursing Manager will have a range of recreational activities from exploring state parks, visiting breweries, and going across the PA border into NY to explore.
