This includes a new, larger Imaging Department as well as an impressive Trauma Prevention Program to add to the Surgical Center, Behavioral Unit, Rheumatology, and even Wellness Clinic. The Emergency Room Nurse will be able to firsthand experience the state-of-the-art facilities and see the dramatic impact of utilizing advanced technology in the 50 bed facility.
Reporting up to the Emergency Department Manager and CEN Charge Nurse, the Emergency Room Nurse oversees patient care throughout the shift. This person will work closely with other RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HUCs, and Emergency Medical professionals in order to ensure compassionate and competent care.
Throughout the shift, the Emergency Room Nurse organizes medication administration as well as documentation for the patients. The RN will respond to medical emergencies and work in a fast-paced environment. The Emergency Room Nurse communicates with patients, families, and hospital employees.
Located in Eastern Washington, this hospital has access to many beautiful scenic adventures along with cultural goings on. The Emergency Room Nurse will have the opportunity to delve into the Walla Walla wine country, or visit many state parks. Also close to several other states, this hospital is in a perfect location for road trips.
