A highly respected New York City Hospital has a unique opportunity for a Director of Case Management to join its progressive team.
This 600 bed organization offers innovative diagnostic treatment options within a trusting and compassionate environment. This hospital is recognized for performance and their commitment to community-focused patient care.. The highly ranked Healthcare System has fifty specialty centers, an extensive Ambulatory Care Network, and one of the busiest Level 1 Trauma Centers in the region.
The Director of Case Management will have a matrix reporting structure to the C-Suite and oversee Social Workers and RN Case Managers. They will work with LSWs, MSWs, as well as CCM RNs. The Director of Case Management will collaborate with other Hospital Directors and will have multiple Lead RN Case Managers for support in the organization. Many employees in the department are MSWs, MSNs, and CCMs.
The Director of Case Management will be charged with steering the Department’s culture and future growth. The Hospital Director will be given the opportunity to grow and educate their team, thus the hospital has high expectations.
An experienced RN Case Manager or Social Worker with hospital leadership experience is the perfect fit for this robust role. Healthcare Leaders in Case Management, Care Management, Social Work or Utilization Review UR will earn quick interviews.
