As the Hospital Pharmacy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of pharmacy services within the hospital. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy department while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and cost management. The Pharmacy Manager will lead and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in the state of Florida, or eligibility for licensure.
