The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will join a well-established critical access hospital and will oversee exceptional department leaders and staff. Both inpatient and outpatient services are offered, ranging from emergency to radiology to respiratory care and also rural health clinics. With the mission of ensuring patients receive optimal care, every employee puts patient safety and health first.
The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will provide direct patient care while working as a team with fellow department RNs, CNAs, and Techs. The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will assess patients, plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan in accordance with hospital nursing protocols and standards of care.
