Medical ICU Nurse Director

Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Critical Care Services, the Inpatient Nurse Director MICU RN will become responsible for the 20-bed Critical Care Unit, overseeing a strong team of RNs, Techs, Unit Educators, Assistant Nurse Managers, and ancillary staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master of Science in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field
Active Registered Nursing License in the State of Georgia
5 years of progressive acute care leadership experience as a Director or Manager
Strong Critical Care experience in Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, or Cardiac ICU

This particular healthcare facility has a residency program, so the Director of MICU will be supported by residents, fellows, and Advanced Practice Providers.
