Responsibilities:

• Crafting and achieving departmental strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Managing the Annual Operating Budget to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborating with the Benefits department to support employees on leave.
• Overseeing compliance with Annual Assessments and flu vaccines.
• Identifying and addressing employee health issues in collaboration with the Safety department.
• Improving departmental efficiency and turnaround time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing, master’s degree (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years nursing experience in an Employee Health setting.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
