A leading acute care hospital located in northern Vermont is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Director Surgical Services to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Surgical Services will lead the clinical and administrative operations of the perioperative department. This includes the oversight of 21 operating rooms, pre-operative care, post-op, endoscopy, cardiovascular, and surgical scheduling. The Nurse Director will lead the service line strategic vision, ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards, develop training plans, identify areas of improvement, collaborate with other departments and system stakeholders, and oversee service line fiscal budgets.
