The RN Inpatient Supervisor will be able to firsthand experience the state-of-the-art facilities and see the dramatic impact of utilizing advanced technology in the 50 bed facility.

Reporting up to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Inpatient Supervisor will tend to administrative and clinical responsibilities. Reporting up to the Supervisor will be Directors, Managers, and Charge Nurses. This Leader will work closely with Medical Professionals and respond to requests from RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HUCs.

The RN Inpatient Supervisor promotes adequate staffing and attention to acuity on all the floors of the hospital. They spearhead initiatives to emergency responding and patient safety. Utilizing critical thinking skills, the House Supervisor guides teams in providing compassionate and competent care.

Located in Eastern Washington, this hospital has access to many beautiful scenic adventures along with cultural goings on.
