The Surgery Nurse Manager will be expected to maintain accountability of the 15 room Operating Department and will report to the Surgery Department Director. This acute care facility is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Manager with a “go-getter” attitude to help lead the team to success. The RN Manager Operating Room covers a wide array of surgical services, and the Surgery Nurse Manager will be expected to ensure the day to day operations of the ORs run smoothly and efficiently alongside the OR Director.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's of Science degree (nursing, healthcare, or business management preferred) along with appropriate RN licensure to practice in Delaware. The candidate will also have at least 5 yrs of clinical and leadership experience and an active CNOR certification.
