Purpose
The Contract Manager will utilize their knowledge, skills and ability to communicate, initiate and negotiate commercial and government contract terms to achieve and maximize Clinisys’ goals as well as minimize any legal, financial, and operational risk to the business. The Contract Manager will collaborate closely with internal Clinisys stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Operations and Technical resources to negotiate, support and effectively manage the contracting process for Clinisys’ commercial and government customers.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $84,400 to $114,400 for an annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range

The Contract Manager will collaborate closely with internal Clinisys stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Operations and Technical resources to negotiate, support and effectively manage the contracting process for Clinisys’ commercial and government customers.
Essential Functions
- Review and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, hosted services, support contracts and to ensure the accuracy and alignment of legal, commercial and operational terms established by Clinisys and Roper Technologies.
- Review and negotiate additional agreement types such as business associate agreements, data protection agreements, professional services, consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and data security agreements and solicitations for new business pursuits.
- Analyzes unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Assess, interpret, and effectively communicate contract and legal terms to Clinisys leadership and other functional areas within Clinisys.
- Utilize Clinisys’ NetSuite™ CRM tool to document non-standard terms, risk profiles and track requests as assigned.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to multiple stakeholders.
- Possess a strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical, critical and creative thinking skills
- Employ good judgment, act with integrity, take ownership and maintain accountability.
- Ability to prioritize and execute on deadlines while handling multiple concurrent tasks or assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful and have a team mentality.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial contract management experience.
- 2 - 4 years’ government (State and Local) contract management experience.
- Proficient in working with MS Office Products, Zoom and Teams
- Masters or Law degree
- Experience in proposal submissions, procurement, and government relations.
- Working knowledge of GSA, FAR requirements
- Healthcare or IT related experience

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of office routine
- Travel may be required.
