- Base Salary plus bonus opportunity and uncapped commissions

- Master the Clipper suite of print and digital solutions, and become a trusted advisor to local business owners, presenting meaningful omni-channel marketing campaigns tailored to fit their specific needs
- Present new marketing ideas and solutions that help existing business clients continue to achieve desired results
- Collaborate daily with your team of Sales Support experts, sharing in the responsibility of lead generation, appointment setting, meeting preparation, pipeline management, and obtaining ad copy/approvals from clients

- Goal-oriented, with strong knowledge of your local business community
- Possess the drive and energy to proactively develop strong business relationships, inspire trust, and consult local business owners on effective marketing campaigns

- Strong presentation and oral and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with technology and routine tasks in business applications, including Salesforce.com.
- Organized, with strong time management skill
