Service Coordinator

You'll adeptly manage multiple tasks at once with professionalism and courtesy. Engaging with diverse individuals, you'll assist them with their needs in a helpful manner. Our office fosters a collaborative team environment where challenges are tackled collectively. Given our commitment to exceptional service, we seek individuals with outstanding customer service skills to handle client interactions with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones
• Working with clients and handling every phase of their jobs from start to finish
• Scheduling appointments
• Working with employees in the field
• Responsible for problem resolution for clients
• Maintaining customer database and input of information into computer-Salesforce
• Good organization skills and be able to multi-task
• Computer experience including Word and Excel
• Strong and precise follow through
• Written and oral communication skills are essential
• Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
• Admininstrative work such as filing, payment processing, etc.
