Cloud 10 Infotech LLC, a managed service IT provider is looking for a part-time entry Level IT Tech to help with our North San Diego County clients. You will be guaranteed pay for 20 hours per week, with a pay range starting at $20 an hour depending on experience. There is a possibility of full-time work in the future and excellent opportunities for advancement. Medical and Dental Benefits available.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY APPLICANTS ONLY

San Diego MSP seeking full-time Support Person to provide L1-L3 support for our SMB clients in San Diego, CA. You must be interested in joining a subjectively fun, high paced team, for a long-term position. We intend to stay small and profitable allowing for higher earning potential amongst a tight-knit group.

As you know, IT happens after hours so applicant must be available to work after hours and/or weekends occasionally when necessary.

Responsibilities:

This will include but is not limited to:

• Interfacing with clients via RMM/Remote Access tools as well as on-site at client offices within San Diego County

• Design, install, support, maintain, troubleshoot client infrastructure (servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, etc.)

• Respond to service requests and repair the malfunctioning equipment/software in a timely manner

• Create/improve company standards and implementation methods

• Update tickets as they are in-progress and create/update technical documentation

• Some lifting of computer equipment may be required

• Driving to client locations will be required from time to time

Ideal Applicants / Position Requirements:

• Ambitious, self-starter,

• Proficiency with Windows Server 2012-2022, Windows Client OS's, Office 365, SQL Server, Active Directory, Virtualization

• Familiarity with Hyper-V, VMWare, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Dell-EMC, HP, Netgear, Synology, or similar technologies

• Proficiency with switches, firewalls, IP routing, network security, VoIP, and application troubleshooting

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud

• Superior troubleshooting skills are a must

• Excellent attention to detail

• Must be a fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills are a must

• 2 Years of systems/network administration experience

• One or more IT certifications/training (A , N , Security , Windows Server 2016-2022) or equivalent experience preferred

• 2-3 years MSP experience preferred

• Clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and flexible hours required
