WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead a team of hospitality service professionals.
  • Serve as “Guest Ambassador”, interact with guests, and resolve guest issues to ensure exceptional guest service is provided within company guidelines.
  • Ensures proper staffing and positioning of front of the house team to provide optimum guest experience.
  • Ensure company F&B and labor cost objectives are met.
  • Monitor and analyze daily financial results making necessary adjustments to ensure restaurant is meeting or exceeding forecasted projections in daily sales, food & beverage promotions, special events.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of POS and inventory systems; maintain systems on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate capture of all sales, cost, payments, comps, promotions and voids data.
  • Comply with food and beverage compliance regulations.

COMPENSATION:

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years managing experience preferred
  • Basset or ServSafe certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
