Location: United States - Remote
What You Will Do:
- Work with HR and the Total Rewards team to provide recommendations on global compensation matters that support business goals and ensure market competitiveness
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, job leveling, and salary recommendations ensuring internal equity, and market & pay mix alignment of total compensation
- Collaborate with finance and HRBP partners to drive and influence the development and execution of compensation programs and initiatives such as merit, incentives, Future of Work initiatives, salary structure reviews, job leveling, and other global Compensation initiatives
- Provide analytical support, ongoing research, modeling, and compensation analysis for our base pay and incentive programs
- Partner across the business with the leadership of our Sales organization to understand their needs and be a trusted advisor.
- Partner with HRBP for the business function to deliver seamless support on compensation needs and issues
- Lead the annual salary review process, in partnership with our HRIS leader and our HRBP’s, providing support to managers where necessary.
- Have experience managing global job families and local needs worldwide
- Lead change management and build education on our total rewards offerings to improve the business’ and employees' understanding of what we offer
- Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy.
- Complete compensation analysis associated with new job requisitions (partner with recruiting to provide recommendations for new hires), current employees, and promotion requests by leveraging benchmark, current incumbent, and internal salary ranges data.
- Conduct complex analysis of data from multiple sources to build various models. Scenarios may include predictive analytics to identify future trends and risks.
- Develop creative methods for compiling and preparing data for management, including but not limited to designing reports and tools to use in compensation-related analytics and dashboards.
- Assist with compliance by ensuring applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements (regarding employee pay) are adhered to.
You’ll Succeed With:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive Compensation experience
- Experience in a high-tech organization is highly desired
- Incentive design and/or design involvement experience preferred
- Advanced skill level in Excel, including use of V-Lookups, pivot tables, and pivot charts is required
- Proven project lead experience is required, including needs identification and assessment, gap and modeling analysis, and solution design and implementation
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred
- Ability to work and build relationships remotely
