To support our rapid growth, we are adding to our team of top-notch Pre-Sales Solutions Architects. The successful candidate will have a track record of architecting cloud-based infrastructure solutions and an entrepreneurial spirit in providing world-class experiences to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support new logo and existing customer expansion revenue goals by leading solution envisioning with prospects to drive their interest in MSP and Cloud Maturity.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key prospects and customer IT leaders.
- Evolve the state of pre-sales collateral to improve the sales experience.
- Partner with AWS and Microsoft SMEs for technical proposals requiring additional in-depth technical responses.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader inside and outside the organization through social media and/or internal project participation.
- Team with account executives on strategic sales and complex solutions (wins in accounts of all sizes).
- Gain trust from customers, partners, and internal colleagues quickly.
We are seeking someone with:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Seven plus years of technical pre-sales of Healthcare cloud solutions to buyers in IT and in the line of business.
- Excellent ability to translate customer needs into benefits of managed services provider (MSP) offerings and demonstrate cloud MSP solutions.
- Strong understanding of the industry trends and demands on Healthcare business and IT leadership.
- Successful track record as a technology advisor, pre-sales engineer, consulting engineer, or product or technical account manager within healthcare IT.
- Experience working collaboratively with AWS and Microsoft sales organizations as a co-selling partner.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance challenges, trends, and technology in healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of cloud certifications with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Healthcare solutions in commercial and public sector markets preferred.
- Understanding of data exchange, data formats and use of cloud data lakes in Healthcare a plus.
- Experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus.
- Superior verbal and written communications, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
