Requirements:

· Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed master’s in social Worker (LMSW) or experienced LMHC

· Focus will be on discharge planning

· Needing coverage for 5 shifts/week

· At least one-year professional social work practice beyond certification

· Experience in a Mental Health setting required and hospital setting strongly preferred

· NYS Justice Center security clearance required before starting

· Required to start immediately

· Length of assignment is 13-week with the possibility of extending

Shift Details:

· 5 Days / week, 8hour shifts

· 36 HRS/ Week

· 8:00AM – 4:30PM
