Clover Leaf is looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our growing team. The position will involve working on location in Los Alamos, NM and onsite at Los Alamos National Laboratory in northern New Mexico, with some limited travel to Albuquerque, NM.
Job Description:
Currently Clover Leaf holds a large scale, site-wide, staffing contract with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The Senior Client Manger will be responsible for managing all our northern New Mexico LANL operations. We are looking for an individual who can provide daily leadership to our operations supporting this important client. The role will primarily involve engaging with existing on-site technical staff as well as interacting with LANL technical managers on new staff placement opportunities.

The role will primarily involve engaging with existing on-site technical staff as well as interacting with LANL technical managers on new staff placement opportunities.
Daily Activities to Include:
- Work directly with the Clover Leaf executive team with a focus on building and streamlining operational systems.
- Nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and Clover Leaf employees on all contracts supporting LANL.
- Collaborate with executive team to identify and prioritize business strategies, and to support the overall strategy of the company with regard to day-to-day operations.
- Conduct field research to identify new markets and customer needs at LANL.
- Arrange business meetings to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers at LANL.
- Ensure that the company mission, vision, and principles are properly developed and communicated across the various work teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor's degree in a science related field from a college or university.
- Familiarity with LANL in general, and have existing relationships with LANL managers.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, teaming skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Five to 10 years of practical experience in management.
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
- Experience managing large contracts within the Department of Energy (DOE).
