Project Coordinator| Logistics

Clover R Management is a growing Logistics company in need of a skilled Project Coordinator. This person would be located at our repair (machine) shop in Rio Rancho, NM. 

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to join our team. This role will encompass traditional administrative duties along with project coordination responsibilities and involvement in purchasing activities using our ERP system. 

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong commitment to process adherence and compliance. 

Getting our customers their product in a timely expected manner is our logistics mantra.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Prepare and present project status reports
• Mitigate project risks and handle any issues that arise

• Edit and release engineering and business process documents with precision and
  attention to detail.
• Ability to create Excel from scratch or use Adobe Forms expediently.
  Strong skills with all MS 365 products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Serve as a primary customer liaison, managing communications through our CRM
  system.
• Validate and manage time sheets for accuracy and compliance.
  Effectively manage schedules for key leaders, optimizing time allocation and
  prioritization.
• Demonstrate rapid problem-solving abilities to address urgent issues as they arise.
  Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and
  thoroughness.
• Drive task and results-oriented approach, consistently achieving and exceeding goals.
  
  Utilize strong experience in Aerospace or Medical manufacturing environments to
  ensure compliance with industry standards and processes.
  Manage employee expenses efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience working in Aerospace or Medical manufacturing environments preferred.
  
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, preferably JobBOSS.
  
• 2YR Associates as a minimum 
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
