Caregiver Responsibilities Resident wheelchair walks One to one visits with residents Assisting with smoking groups Stocking basic resident care items Dining room set-up Small group activities Other responsibilities as assigned Caregiver Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to multitask. Caregiver Requirements Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
