Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This is a key leadership role that requires strong nursing management skills and a deep understanding of nursing administration.
Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to nursing care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize resident health outcomes
- Oversee the MDS process and ensure accurate assessments are completed
- Advocate for resident rights and promote a culture of resident-centered care
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
