Clozd is the leading provider of win-loss technology solutions. Our own buyer feedback highlights the platform’s modern, intuitive user interface and overall usability. We’re ready to take it to the next level and beyond! Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be empowered to create the new, consumer-grade end-to-end user experience. This role will be challenging and highly rewarding!
We need someone who is passionate about working collaboratively to build the future together in this space. You will ensure our Clozd Platform offering is intuitive and compelling for users new to win-loss and seasoned sales and marketing professionals alike. You’ll do this by working directly with customers, our client advisory board, and our internal teams. Our product designers collaborate with product management, engineering, product marketing, product support and implementation, sales, and our operations and consulting services teams to deliver best-in-class customer value. You will work full-time from our Silicon Slopes, Lehi, UT headquarters.
\n- Lead UX research efforts during product discovery and delivery to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our B2B SaaS products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, other designers and stakeholders across the business to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts, ensuring that they align with our business goals and enhance the overall user experience.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling UX copy that supports the overall design and user flow.
- Be an advocate for human-centered design principles and ensure their consistent application across our products.
- Support our product-led sales efforts by designing user experiences that guide users towards activation and conversion.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize your work and ensure projects across multiple teams meet timelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design
- Proven experience designing consumer-grade B2B SaaS productsPrefer strong product-led growth/sales experience
- Demonstrated experience creating opinionated/prescriptive software
- Skilled in UX research; passionate about working directly with customers and users and advocating for their needs
- Strong UX writing skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Desire to mentor and support the growth of other designers and product managers on the team
- Collaborative, committed, team player with a bias for action and a self-starter attitude
- Strong soft skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
