As A Manager-In-Training You Will
- Learn to lead a team to success by growing customer volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store
- Maintain a high level of integrity and character
- Assist in supervising and leading team members
- Complete administrative duties including but not limited to time cards, scheduling, inventory, sales reports, training, chemical costs
- Provide coaching and feedback on operational performance
- Be ready to work in accordance with all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols
- Ensure all team members are trained to meet their operational job duties
- Ensure new hire training and continuing education is complete for all employees
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and operationally ready
- Develop team members to deliver results
- Desire to develop your career and leadership skills with a rapidly expanding company
- Be a self-starter and encourage a leader-leader environment
- Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
- Mechanical-minded individuals are a plus
