We’re looking for a several business development professionals that want to join our team and help us accelerate our growth, drive customer engagement, and build new client relationships.
We're seeking someone that is passionate about learning about client needs and that gets satisfaction in providing the right solutions.
Business Development Representative Role:
After completing our onboarding process, you’ll be provided with an existing book of business and work with our team to identify verticals to prospect new clients within.
  • Our marketing team will prepare drip campaigns on your behalf to warm the territory and assist you in finding new opportunities.
  • If you love to be busy and a high-volume call environment is exciting, then this the opportunity that will allow you to make a return on that skill set.
  • You’ll be representing our brand and act as a first point of contact between decision makers in marketing, sales, HR, and procurement and the solutions we can provide to make their brand stand out.
  • You’ll be using LinkedIn as and additional tool to identify and connect with new potential clients.
  • You’ll be working with a brand coordinator that will assist you with quoting and proposals once you identify opportunities, so that you can keep looking for opportunities and not slow down.
  • This is a hunter role and a numbers game, so volume is key. Expect to make a minimum of 50 calls a day to win in this role.
Qualifications (preferred but we make exceptions)
  • Previous experience in a business development, account manager or consultative role.
  • Intelligence, Character, and Coachable
  • A passion for troubleshooting and solving business challenges.
  • Bonus points if you’ve sold marketing solutions, event services or promotional products in the past.
