Job Description:

Club Pilates is seeking a diligent and detail oriented Business Manager to handle time sensitive client account updates, past dues, staff scheduling and other studio operations. This is a flexible position that can be done mostly from home and at times that you choose. There is considerable room for growth as we continue to expand and build new studios in San Antonio.

Account Management: Optimize studio utilization and revenues through timely client outreach

  • Resolve past due client accounts and update billing details.
  • Handle account updates, cancels, freezes and other time sensitive changes. Follow up on needed documentation, reminders and account updates.
  • Run reports to identify clients who meet certain criteria and schedule communications to remind them to take action on their account.
  • Ensure processes are being upheld and identify improvements

Back End Operations:

  • Pull lists of members and clients from CRM to assist with marketing
  • Upload inventory to studio software

Team Management:

  • Coordinate and publish front desk schedule. Work with team to develop coverage planned time off.
  • Manage staff access to studio software and digital accounts.
  • Schedule text reminders for substitute and rotating instructors on a monthly basis

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
