What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boutique Fitness Membership Sales position at Club Pilates/Pure Barre?
Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500 franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified Fitness Sales Representative that is focused on driving membership sales and providing excellent customer service. *We have additional membership sales positions available at all five of our studios - Arden Hills, Blaine, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Woodbury. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently present and execute all available membership services to current and prospective members
- Attend and complete all relative training programs
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Take pictures for social media platforms
- Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
- Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- Competitive base rate $14.00 - $16.00

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to build strong client relationships through outstanding customer service via in-person, phone and email
- Experienced background in fitness sales - preferred
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Authorization to work in the United States required
- Other duties as assigned
