Position Title: Group Exercise Manager
Reports to: Regional Group Fitness Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group Exercise
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.
- Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format;
- The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members);
- Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual);
- Positive attitude and Club4Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a Club4Fitness facility;
- No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract.
Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes. Work times must vary throughout the day.
