We’re seeking a Technical Sourcer to hire best-in-class talent for our growing technical teams. This role reports to the VP of Engineering.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening) high volume recruiting support for our technical teams
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Clumio organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
- Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
- Help hiring managers review inbound resumes
- Provide a positive experience to Clumio candidates
- Engage top talent with your personalized approach
Requirements
- 3 years of sourcing experience with technical roles
- Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via internet sourcing techniques
- Ability to effectively screen for technical competencies and values via phone screens
- Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing the very best
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Skill in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgency
