Clutch is looking for an Account Coordinator for a client of ours.
With a fervent dedication to blending storytelling and analytics and driven by a results-oriented mindset, the Account Coordinator functions as the pivotal support for our Account Directors and Account Executives. This role entails delving into uncovering challenges and opportunities from product, search, completion, and marketing perspectives, all while possessing the business acumen to conceptualize and craft multifaceted marketing strategies.
Through an insightful grasp of our clients’ audiences and business objectives, our Account Coordinators identify and propel growth opportunities, fostering innovation to achieve our client’s objectives. Supporting the Accounts team involves continuously pushing creative boundaries and exploring contemporary media channels to redefine how our clients engage with their audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate passion for your work and approach each task with enthusiasm.
- Assist Account Directors (AD) and Account Executives (AE) in executing client projects smoothly, from developing timelines and coordinating client approvals to preparing materials for client-facing meetings.
- Manage pre-production and post-production for various campaigns efficiently.
- Oversee marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaborate with ADs to devise and implement effective advertising and marketing plans for clients.
- Create and distribute creative briefs to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Oversee the production cycle, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Guarantee the delivery of superior quality service and ideas to clients, implemented effectively and punctually.
- Support in preparing materials for client meetings and regular reports, ensuring accuracy and authorization of documentation.
- Act as the brand steward, ensuring all creative and products meet brand standards before client presentations and keeping internal teams updated on branding expectations.
- Forge robust agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery of work at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining the highest creative standards across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate trust with ADs, AEs, and clients, fostering open and honest relationships that fuel account growth.
- Manage day-to-day finances, ensuring timely reconciliation of all jobs within budget.
- Responsible for organizing and administering assigned accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient account operations.
- Manage estimate/invoice control and queries in collaboration with Finance and Production.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and various teams to foster client growth and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Conduct weekly reviews of opportunities with the Leadership Team to determine company contributions to support these efforts.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen responsiveness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital campaign strategy and execution through both organic and paid tactics, encompassing social media, search, programmatic, YouTube, streaming radio, etc.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and analytics, and adeptness in sharing reporting and ROI insights with internal teams and clients.
- Eagerness to gain insights into diverse industries and business models.
- Ability to work independently while relishing collaboration with a creative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience: 1-2 years of digital marketing/advertising experience or equivalent non-traditional background with an understanding of business strategy, branding, go-to-market strategy, web design, and digital marketing execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Industrial, Health Care, and Financial Clients is a PLUS.
