About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mexico as we expand into new markets. This role is for candidates who are passionate, and ambitious, and hope to grow a career in sales and business development. You will be responsible for sourcing and hunting new prospect opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to target ideal customer profiles across our SaaS and CPaaS solutions and identify new target markets for revenue growth
- Qualify accounts – understanding pain points, timeline, and discover decision-makers
- Conduct high-level conversations with business owners & C-Suite executives of prospect accounts
- Build and execute a strong outbound sales strategy to fuel the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure deal closure
- Develop sales skills, marketing understanding, and SaaS solutions knowledge
- Be mentored and guided on enterprise sales by the local Business Development team
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in an inside sales/SDR/lead generation function (preferably SaaS or CPaaS) – open to fresh graduates with relevant fields of study and/or internship experience
- Interest in pursuing a career in SaaS/Tech Sales within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or similar field
- Experience using the following: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision makers
- Good time management and attention to detail
