What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at CMI General Contractors, Inc.?
CMI General Contractors is looking for a part time Receptionist to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phones and welcoming guests
- Checking and distributing the mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Helping with scheduling
- Other misc tasks through out the day for Executive staff and the Accounting department
Basic Qualifications:
- Friendly with good communication skills when speaking to customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Able to multi-task and work under multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications:
- AP or AR experience
This position is part time with the potential to become full time. This role does require the candidate to be in the office (Charlotte Hall) and does not allow for remote work.
