Seeking a receptionist to perform a full range of administrative support services for our offices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients
- Answer phones
- Data entry
- Registration and scheduling of patients
- Collect copays, outstanding balances, and time of service monies
- Verify insurance eligibility, obtain referrals, and prior authorizations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year in a customer service role
- 0-1 year administrative experience in medical facility or related area preferred
- Computer knowledge
- People-oriented – warm, professional, and helpful attitude
- Calm and collected under pressure
- Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement
- Motivated and adaptable-can effectively work alone or diligently with others
- Receptive to change
