SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
A growing, multi-unit Qdoba franchisee has immediate need for a motivated Sales Professional, to cover large areas of Madison and Hancock Counties. Qdoba Mexican Eats has a well-deserved reputation for providing fresh, flavorful food. Our current units are consistently breaking records for both in-house sales, and B2B catering to local businesses, municipalities, health care facilities, professional offices, school systems, distribution centers, etc. This B2B business has a strong upside, a ripe and ready potential client base, and provides an excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional to make their mark, with a highly visible, respected national brand.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a working relationship with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, including soliciting referral business.
- Provide major input in negotiating contracts on behalf of the company.
- Effectively communicate details and logistics to ensure successful catering set-up and performance.
- Solicit post event feedback, and share with operations team.
- Maintain an accurate and current database of clients.
- Create an accurate operational transaction record.
- Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing planning, with an eye toward consistent growth.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A verified track record of successfully generating outside sales.
- Heavy travel within Anderson, Greenfield, Mt. Comfort & McCordsville areas.
- Associate’s degree or above in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective market research will be essential to your success.
- Consistent quality contact with existing and prospective clients = Relationship Building.
- An enthusiastic attitude and work ethic.
