Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BCBA to join our healthcare facility. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing professional mental health services to our patients with mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders.

Job Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare facility is preferred.
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide counseling and therapy for people with autism.
- Conduct assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient’s needs and goals
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records for all patients.
- Participate in case management and discharge planning for patients.
- Provide education to patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Attend regular supervision meetings and continuing education courses to maintain licensure and improve clinical skills.
