Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Strategic planning and implementation: 35% Develop mid-to-long term corporate strategy and conduct annual strategic planning for AZ China Connect strategy and planning to initiatives and programs to pull corporate strategic directions through to the next level of operational planning and execution Support cross-functional teams to implement corporate strategies and planning Enable senior management to evaluate strategy implementation through a consistent lens Support CP/GM for presentations with global Project Management 50% Set up project management governance, develop tools, and deliver transformative initiatives that enable AZ China to achieve strategic objectives Regularly monitor project progress to make sure on-time achievement of milestones / KPIs Organize and facilitate overall cross-functional team meetings, and provide constructive feedback to improve delivery of corporate strategic projects Make records of the decision, alignment, issues, and next steps proposed in meetings Ensure information transparency and secure visibility of project progress and risks across project teams Identify potential risks and support mitigation plan, and accelerate problem solving through proper escalation Generate reports to senior management team on timely basis GM Office 15% Support key management meetings and coordinate key local governance processes and meetings Support China communication, exchange, and coordination with global and international JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in Science, Technology, Business, or other relevant areas, MBA degree is plus Strong drive for distinctiveness Deep expertise in life sciences or digital health Distinctive project management or product management capabilities Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impact Proficient in oral and written English Date Posted 29-4月-2024 Closing Date 30-8月-2024 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
