This is a full-time in office position with a flexible location within our CNB Market.

LEADERSHIP
Possesses and displays a positive mentality in managing change, working and communicating consistently with others, and leading by adhering to policies, procedures, and client service standards! Responsible for driving revenue production within the target market. Analyzes and equips tangible financial results including but not limited to loan and deposit balances, non-interest income, and non-interest expenses. Engages staff by crafting measurable goals and action plans in line with our strategic plan. Maintains and supports operational standards (compliance, audits, regulation, security, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Possesses an up-to-date solid understanding of all phases of the job and the various techniques and skills vital to perform duties. Strives for outstanding performance and demonstrates the ability to learn and retain material. Delegates appropriate responsibilities to team members to promote professional growth. Implements, encourages, and reinforces expected branch behaviors and activities through mentoring and coaching. Supports recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing development of employees. Continues professional development by voluntarily participating in elective courses, webinars, and seminars, as well as remaining abreast of industry trends.

PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE
Promotes collaboration between divisional team members and business partners, to effectively work referrals and deepen wallet share through client acquisition. Market the organization by bringing awareness to the bank with every opportunity, focusing on relationship development and community involvement. Responds and manages escalated inquiries and complaints and resolves client concerns in a timely manner.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Proactively supports branch network to prospect and grow Business Banking relationships through outreach and call preparation. Coaches towards building a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive business calling in the community. Looks for opportunities to bring in partners to help strengthen the business’s relationship with the bank.
Requirements
QUALIIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. Title dependent upon level of experience and education. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, debit card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel daily throughout the market area and travel occasionally to other market areas as well as attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
