CO-Energy is growing the team at our Pasco corporate office. We celebrate our 37th anniversary in 2024 and we continue to grow. We have an opening for a Pricing Analyst to work closely with our Sales team to support our increasing customer base. Local candidates only.
CO-Energy, a Connell Oil, Inc. company, is the leading commercial fuel and lubricant wholesaler in eastern Washington and SW Idaho. We also operate multiple Pacific Pride and CFN commercial fueling stations throughout our service area.
This is a full-time 40-hour position with a standard Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Additional (overtime) hours will be regularly available and may occasionally be required to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
In additional to a competitive hourly wage, an annual performance bonus is part of the overall compensation package. Individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills.

Job Overview
The Pricing Analyst works closely with Sales Managers in all aspects of product pricing and sales order record keeping. We maintain a complex inventory of product. The pricing for these products changes frequently. Because of this, excellent recordkeeping is crucial in providing great customer service. Microsoft Excel is used extensively.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for keeping the various detailed pricing records current, organized and accurate. This is a fast-paced job that we are committed to provide all support and encouragement that is required during the new-employee training period to ensure success.

Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
Using information that is received throughout the day:
- Update and apply price changes in all applicable systems and places
- Maintain detailed transaction reports related to sales orders, contracts and all products sold by the company
- Manage daily customer-specific pricing
- Manage data related to pricing, inventory and sales figures for vendors and distributors
- Maintain contract pricing details
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing detailed data and creating reports – 1-3 years
- Experience in supporting customers (external or internal) – 1-3 years
- Intermediate-level proficiency of MS Excel
- Basic proficiency with all other MS Office products;
- Experience in using normal office technology such as printers, scanner, telephones and computer keyboards
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
- Work experience related to Billing, Accounting, Bookkeeping or another related field
- Advanced-level proficiency of MS Excel
- Associates degree in a related field of study
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
Physical Work Environment:
- Office setting working at a desk, using typical office equipment such as computer keyboards, mouse and monitor; telephones and copy machines.
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
