What are the responsibilities and job description for the Co-Star Apprenticeship position at Co–Star?
The Co-Star Apprenticeship runs between one to two years and is an introduction to Co–Star (and the tech/business world at large) by way of customer experience (CX) support. The position is poised to learn about and be exposed to all facets of the business by directly supporting our user base.
The apprenticeship is complete when an opportunity arises on a team that has a need for and you have grown the skills you need to fulfill. Past team members in this role have gone on to join the Brand, Content and Operations teams.
The primary qualifications for this role are not experience with CX, but being an extremely good listener, being super detail-oriented, and a precise communicator, both verbally and in writing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Your primary focus will be on addressing inbound user questions and customer service questions posed on social media. Every team at the company needs to know what users are asking about and requesting, and you’ll be the liaison between users and the company.
- Field incoming user inquiries (via ticket tracking system) with a meticulous understanding of Co—Star’s brand voice
- Maintain the CX dashboard and monthly reporting
- Regularly meet with product and content teams to share user feedback via organized documentation
- Improve upon existing processes and find better systems
GENERAL BUSINESS
You’ll also contribute to other projects across the company as needed. Examples include, but are not limited to, brand initiatives, new feature and product launches, and user and market research. You’ll interface with all teams–Product, Engineering, Brand, Content and Operations–and along the way, you’ll learn about what they’re responsible for and how you might be able to join in the future.
