CoachHub is looking for an experienced Global Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our recently established Global Strategic Partnerships team.

THE ROLE: as a key addition to our team, you will be responsible for building a thriving influencer partner ecosystem capable of driving a significant portion of our business through an indirect sales channel. This is a newly-created, full-time, associate-/mid-level role - you can be based at our Berlin office, or remotely from your location within Europe or the USA (East Coast preferred). Please note that only candidates with a valid EU/US work permit will be considered.

THE TEAM: you will report into the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and work closely with all relevant global and regional internal stakeholders (sales, legal, coach relations, operations, etc.) to build a scalable partnership model for our 3.500 coaches worldwide and to manage and significantly grow our industry advisory board.

As CoachHub’s Global Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Lead our industry advisory board strategy - managing and growing a network of best-in-class and high-profile advisors globally.
  • Develop business acumen, uncover growth opportunities and own the full partnership cycle (prospecting, contracting, integration, onboarding & activation).
  • Design & implement a global ambassador program that provides strong support, guidance and incentives for our 3.500 global coaches.
  • Build joint business plans and set goals with partners that secure significant mutual growth.
  • Work collaboratively across functions in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment (Sales, Coach Relations, Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations) to negotiate, launch, and activate partnerships.
  • Support building the end-to-end global partnership framework and indirect channel integration.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of relevant experience managing complex partnerships.
  • The ability to identify partnership opportunities, build collaborative relationships and drive significant joint business growth.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, leading strategic initiatives, and structuring and coordinating complex agreements.
  • The ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Preferred but optional:

  • A background in systemic coaching.
  • 2 years of experience working in the HR tech or HR consulting industry.
  • Senior-level contacts in HR tech and HR consultancy companies and experience building those relationships.
