SUMMARY
This Inside Sales Associate is a contract position.
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for establishing and achieving sales goals through lead generation and sales funnel management in support of the Company’s overall strategic plan. The position is focused on existing customer base for upgrading and new business opportunity optimization, across all product lines, which include distributors, hospital chains, physician offices, alliances and group purchasing organizations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify regional account sales opportunities and generate interest from them. Targets include individual hospitals, regional IDNs and associated physician offices covered under national GPO/health system contracts as well as hospitals, IDNs and associated physician offices covered under regional health system contracts.
- Identify new opportunities in the US, across all markets by leveraging tele-sales or emailing campaign efforts to develop and grow sales opportunities for the Regional Directors
- Meet established KPIs for the position.
- Establish, develop, and maintain a cadence of communication with our distribution partners as well as our Regional Directors, utilizing CRM, to provide new business leads and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for legacy account upgrades and expansion.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Corporate Accounts Director
- Plan and coordinate the activities of Inside Sales and all efforts, communicated thru CRM
- Monitor market, customer and competitor trends and advise management on methods to improve company competitiveness. Provide feedback to assist in increasing market share for the company.
- Support sales team success through active sharing of ideas, techniques and approaches.
- Implement sales and marketing programs as directed by Company management. Provide regular sales reports, forecast and other communication to sales management.
- Maintain a superior level of knowledge of the applications related to Company products.
- Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of CSI’s Quality Management System per ISO, FDA and other regulatory agencies.
- Candidate will have a solid understanding of lead generation utilizing tele-sales or email campaigns.
- Optimize the integration of CRM Data with Digital Marketing Automation to generate customer awareness and new business leads.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
- One to three years of experience with lead generation, tele-sales or email campaigns
- Knowledge of sales methods and techniques in the diagnostics market.
- Demonstrated strategic selling ability, basic understanding of the sales process and cycle
