We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Full Time Customer Service and Sales Representative. Candidates with strong communication and people skills in order to connect with a variety of customers in order to establishing lasting impressions will greatly succeed in this role. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting our client's sales quotas. You will help identify the customer's needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers are happy with their services and increase company's revenue.

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with prospective and current customers
- Acquire new accounts utilizing direct selling techniques
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or customer-facing roles
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree or higher (all majors accepted)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and self-reliant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
