What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member - Car Wash position at Cobblestone Auto Spa?

As Car Wash Team Member, you will be trained to work in a few different roles within the Wash (some roles are eligible to earn cash tips!) gaining valuable experience within the industry while having fun and being part of our growing organization.
Key wash areas include:
- Vacuum Tech - Vacuum cars as they come into the line, remove trash, and prepare vehicle for tunnel entry.
- Finishing Tech - Dry, polish, and complete the car wash process after vehicles exit the tunnel.
- Auto Detailer - Complete detailed cleaning, polishing, and wiping down of vehicles.
- Driver - Moves vehicles into the tunnel at full-service locations.
An ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous customer service experience a plus!
- Flexible availability: willingness to work days, afternoons/evenings, weekends and holidays.
- An outgoing, energetic personality with the desire to work in a team centered, safety-focused, environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
- Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines.
