Provides guests with excellent customer service while being an active member of an award-winning team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Checks guests in and out of the hotel positively and professionally. Continuously learn your craft and be a part of a team. This job requires someone willing to share ideas and have fun while bringing world-class service and professionalism to all you do.
- Follows established protocols in the operation of the hotel.
- Must maintain a professional manner. Must adhere to all dress code policies and all health and safety policies.
- Must be a strong communicator.
- Provides safety and security for the hotel and its guests.
- Must be willing to cross-train in all departments within the hotel to expand your base knowledge.
- Completes any other task requested by a supervisor, in a professional and timely manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. They include but are not limited to:
- Entry level computer and technology understanding/knowledge.
- Experience in customer service in a hospitality-related field
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other company staff, at all levels, and the general public.
- Prior sales experience preferred, willing to train if no experience
- Willing to learn attitude and reliable work ethic.
