What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Cocca's Pizza?
- Responsible for cash control, opening and closing paperwork
- Responsible for managing 1-10 employees during a working shift.
- Responsible for food prep, pizza making, pizza cooking, and execution of deliveries and prompt food service.
- QSC – Quality, Service, Cleanliness.
- Teamwork – Must have proper communication skills and be able to lead a team
- Fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to use a POS system (will be trained to use our system)
- Open or close store as needed
- Customer service – Must be friendly and respectful, warmly greet customers, identify the needs of customers, and identify and resolve customer problems or issues.
- Ensure the safety and security of Cocca’s Pizza property, employees and customers
